Hey Rayne.
I know that feeling - you want to hand out a klap to raucous teens at the petrol station and shout unreasonably at laughing people to pay attention to the seriousness of life. I see this incredulity in the eyes of mothers in war zones on CNN and it breaks my heart.

At certain moments we learn the hard fact that even with great friends and family and therapists, in the final analysis we make the toughest calls largely in our own lonely brains. For that reason, we need to be kind to ourselves, cut ourselves some slack and take the time (as I know you do) to reflect and relocate our gratitude before reconnecting and emptying ourselves into the world again.

Go well.
